Hi,
I'm currently working on a project to record all our assets across all our UK sites, and one thing that slows down adding new items is the need to enter the last audit date as three separate fields. How would people feel about either
a) Having the audit date dialog boxes default to the current date when a new item is created? (Since I assume if an item is being created it is known to exist)
or
b) having a button on the "edit details " screen to set audit date to current date (or a configurable default date)?
