Helpdesk - Embed at ticket on html page

Hi, I am currently looking at the REST API Documentation as I would like to be able to allow non Parago users to raise a ticket. I must admit I am getting a little confused at what I should be doing withthe code. If any one has done this successfully could you please let me know how?
