In answer to your first question, it is currently only possible for our developers to add the icons. We have a list of pending icons to add that totals around 200 assets, and each of these has to be drawn and added to the system. We are in the process of adding 25 new icons over the course of next week and it is an ongoing task so we will add yours to the list. We are also preparing to conduct a feasibility study that would allow users to upload their own icons which would then be converted to the look & feel of the Parago system for you to use.
The drag & drop feature that you mentioned has been raised before as a possible enhancement to make moving assets around the system easier. It is however not something that is scheduled to be looked at in the next few months but it is something we are aware of.
Finally, we have scheduled the creation of specific help desk reports in the coming weeks. If you have any more feedback as to what you'd like to see in these reports please feel free to e-mail our support team with your suggestions.
